Michael was very knowledgeable and helped us fix a problem that we had for over a month so we were very grateful for his great customer service. He was friendly on time. He was outstanding. We've had a lot of people come and do service at our house for different things and by far he was the most, professional and helpful. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Our LG washer repair was competently completed. We started the process on July 18, the inspection was made on July 30, and the repairs completed August 15. This I assume is a typical time frame for this service.
