Another Great Experience. Lew called in advance of his arrival. I sheared my problem with the washer. He was able to quickly analyze the problem and give a repair quote. Lew had the part in stock and on the truck and was able to fix my washer same day to get it back up and running.

Leroy was great and did his very best. One part needed for repair is no longer available but he fixed the agitator as well which was fine. My biggest issue is the part price was minimal but the labor was almost $300 which was a total ripoff as I watched him and it took no time to fix. I have used Sears for years even had a service contract at one time. I find the labor cost unfair and would request and a refund for part of this as it looks very bad for Sears and I will not forget so am asking for review of this cost and hope Sears will refund some portion of this robbery fee. Thank you Deborah Cruz
