Good job done
Joshua fixed my washer machine back to all 3 cycles working. Another company tried 4 attempts to fix it, and could not get all the cycles working properly. When I described issue to him over the phone, he knew what the issue was with looking examining the washer. He's a great technician.

bill was awesome, knowledgeable courteous and followed up with more info for us. however the scheduler said a service tech would arrive between 8 and noon and bill said he didn't get our ticket till 12:30
