Technician Great, scheduling nightmare
We tried to schedule a repair for July, they rescheduled the day of the appointment due to needing to order a part. Five reschedules later, the part arrives. Two more reschedules later and two months after the initial appointment the technician arrived and quickly determined the issue and resolved the part on the appliance.
