Randall was a straight shooter. Repairing my older dryer would've cost almost as much as buying a new one. So that made my decisions right there. He was prompt and efficient, and he knows his business. Only hiccup was Sears had the wrong phone number for me so I never got the courtesy calls. Could've been my error, who knows.
