Jim tried several times to repair my washer, and his conclusion after the second trip was replacement but was told to order more parts that no longer were available for the repair. It has been two months since the date of my washer breakdown, and finally, it was concluded that the part needed was the panel, which is no longer available. So in jest, I have waited so long for my washer that everything in my home is too dirty to speak of. But Jim had to follow the rules. Just wish someone had taken his advice two months ago.
