GE Washer repair technician was polite and got right to work . Very smart guy and helpful. There was just to much wrong with my Washer to repair.

Chadwick was a great guy and did a great job. As far as making things better for the customers I would suggest that the service tech have parts available before they leave the shop , I believe this would cut costs and save on return trips to the customer. Also it would be nice to talk to a real person when explaining the problem with the product and then the service tech could bring the proper parts on the first trip . AI is not a suitable substitute for a real person.
