There was no doubt of who was fixing my washer, BUT, yes they are still around? Juan was available the next day, he tested the washer and found exactly what was wrong. He showed me the piece that was damaged/melted. Juan order the part and it came to my house in 2 days, Juan was great he called I verified I got part he came and in no time at all it was fixed. When it comes to my washer, I go straight to the guys who can fix it., and do it right.Thank you, Juan very much. Thank you Sears Maintenance

Keanu was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. What I told him was that I had a negative review with Sears notification system. I signed up for texts and only received one 15 minutes before he came at 5:00pm after waiting all day. I had seen an email with an updated approx time of 3:09pm and then waited. Not good!!
