Michael has great knowledge and experience in what he does and works hard to please his customers. On the other hand artificial intelligence does nothing for the company or customer because there is no brain behind it. When using a computer without putting a human being to make appointments only half the job is accomplished. What about the times that the customer receives no message to respond to the system to acknowledge the appointment and there is no technician is sent. What happened to me is the work is shown as complete and no technician was at my house What a mess. I felt as if no one believed me. I was trying to find a human to talk to. It took a while. Claims were filed but I had no idea where and what for. I was contacted by an individual who told me that they had proof that a person showed up at my house and that the service was provided. After many emails back and forth that person finally realized that nobody had done anything at my house. Bottom line is company went AI.and fired all the people except the technicians. Not smart!!!

I appreciate the the technician's attention to detail and ability to quickly get the job done when he was here. The overall experience with Sears (not with the technician) was very frustrating due to the use of AI and the inability reach a live person to have issues addressed quickly. This resulted in an extremely long delay in getting my repair done.
