Excellent Service by George
George was so amazing. For both the diagnosis appointment and repair appointment he went out of his to make things right. The whole Sears Repair system is definitely a challenge that needs to be fixed. Appointments scheduled and never showing up is unacceptable, thank God Geoge kept in constant contact with me and came right out even though we were not on his schedule today. You cannot pay this gentleman enough, I hope you show your appreciation to him like we did.

Joey was very professional and courteous. He called when he was about 20 minutes out. I was actually at school, so that allowed me time to get home to meet him. I'm a single school teacher so I had to make arrangements to leave school to come home. He came in and put the new control board in and even tested the machine to make sure that it was working. He did an excellent job.
