Unfortunately, I had another company provided from my insurance carrier, American Home Shield, that damaged my washer beyond repair and Sears was open and honest about the damages that occurred from the previous repair technician. Donald H. and his team were absolutely incredible. I went online late Thursday night to request service, and they were out the very next morning to diagnose the issue. They quickly determined the problem, ordered the parts, and had my washing machine completely repaired by Wednesday—less than a week! My washer is running better than ever now. Donald and his helpers were super friendly, professional, and efficient. The company itself was great to work with from start to finish.
