I received excellent service during the recent washer check. Luis was courteous, professional, and thorough in making sure everything was working properly. He took the time to explain what they were checking and ensured the area was left clean afterward. I truly appreciate the prompt response and the overall quality of service.

Jim originally assessed the issue with our GE Dryer controls, ordered the required parts (which arrived the next day) and scheduled he return visit the day after that. Unfortunately, the scheduler (AI?) was unaware that the parts were delivered, and rescheduled the visit twice delaying the repair by about 2 weeks. It finally got straightened out, and Jim took care of the repair!
