Juan was great. The automated system sucks. Juan was supposed to be here between 8 and 12 and he showed up at 1:30. He told I should have been informed via email and I wasn't. No phone number provided by Sears. I don't appreciate this type of service from you.

He had the part on his truck. He removed the old part and installed the new part. Tested the part. The part worked. Mark collected his tools and left for his next appointment. 100% satisfied.
