Shareef notified me he was on his way and he arrived shortly thereafter. He was friendly and a very customer service oriented. He quickly assessed the washer problem and made necessary repairs. He explained the bill and your payment process was easy. I received a receipt promptly. Shareef is an efficient and effective repairman.

The guys was helpful and worked the washer before he left but I guess when washer got pushed back. And washed it did it again overflooded.

Outstanding Technician Service I've had a few repair techs come out for my washer in the past, but none have worked like Michael from Sears. He didn't just poke around — he took the entire top off the washer and really got into it. You could tell right away he knew his stuff, especially with LG products. He explained everything clearly, gave me great recommendations, and walked me through the best and most cost-effective way to handle the repair. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism — a real relief in a world full of "Google-it" repairmen. It's refreshing to see someone who actually knows what they're doing and takes pride in their work. Michael is a true asset to Sears. I'd absolutely request him again!
