Rubin was very friendly and very helpful, explaining the problem and fixing it in a very low-cost fashion. I would be happy to have him here again if another fix is needed in the future. However, there was no explanation for arriving at about 4pm when the appointment was for 8am-12n. I know, things happen, I'm not blaming Rubin, I'm blaming the system. It would have been nice to know about the delay earlier so that I could have used my morning more efficiently.

Shyheim called to let us know he was on his way. He asked about the details of the repair to ensure he arrived properly prepared. Once he arrived he got right to work disassembling and inspecting the unit. He diagnosed the problem anf explained in plain language what would need repair. He provided me with a verbal estimate for the cost of parts and labor. He informed me of the home warranty option.
