Joseph tested all cycles, tub springs, tub spin response and door latch. Determined the washer was stuck on a spin cycle that needed rebalancing. He showed me a better way to load items into the washer, how to hit Pause if I hear that the tub is out of balance and move the items to balance out. Excellent technician and he really has a good understanding of the internal workings. I would highly recommend Sears Repair ans specifically Joseph.
