Both technicians that showed up were awesome. The first technician that diagnosed the problem was on point professional, answered all of my questions and personable. The second technician was very professional and quick. Installed the part in about 15 min The biggest problem I have is the AI appointment set up. I could not confirm earlier times offered for my appointment. plus on the day of the appt, I was getting calls with the same message every 5min. yes annoying. Not everyone is tech savvy. Other than that, all was good.
