Friendly and knowledgeable
Of course my washing machine ran perfectly when service arrived. He still took his time to check more possible issues. Nothing was found, so hopefully just a computer glitch.

Richard got it fixed promptly. But, Sears A I overloaded us with texts. Washer was scheduled to be fixed October 28 but was canceled and rescheduled for November 4 but was canceled and rescheduled for November 11. Impossible to talk with a human only robots. We had to go to the laundromat 3 times. I am very dissatisfied with Sears. Richard did a great job.
