Johnny was very good and experienced. The automated tracking did not work well, telling me he would arrive at 9:48, then it was 10:48, and he finally arrived at 11:30. Also the automated messages reminding me of the appointment was very annoying. I didn't need two reminders every day. Glad Johnny was sent, as he was very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

John is very thorough with his work. He went through every aspect of the problem with my washer and explained everything he was doing while he was training someone else. John really knew what he was doing and was the only tech that has been to my house that did. Differently would recommend his services.

Roberto found the problem right away but unfortunately he couldn't find the part in the computer that was required. He put the information into the computer and told me that Sears would call me in reference to finding the part.
