As I appreciate Chris coming and taking a look at the washer and telling me the agitator needs to be replaced. What I don't appreciate is how Sears handles this. If I know what the problem is, I knew the agitator was broken. I did think just the bolt but chris was kind to explain to me the agitator needs to be replaced the bolt seemed fine. What sucks is that Sears can't give me an estimate on the phone. The price for the 10 minutes that chris was there is ridiculous. Chris probably doesn't even get 1/2 of what I paid for him to come and tell me what's wrong. I will not use Sears again.
