He was nice and it apparently ran an empty load but it failed to wash even 1 load of laundry leaving me to have to carry a basket of wet laundry to the laundromat!

The best part of my experience with Sears Home repair warranty program was Horace. He did everything right. He called when he was on his way. He's professional and experienced. Now when it comes to your customer service you all rate zero stars. Your AI system doesn't work for the customers. Your system should call if the repair team will not make it. Don't let the customer take off time, cancel appointments, if the repair team will not make it the next day. I've paid out more monthly contract payments than I'll ever recoup in repairs. Fix this please!
