Mark arrived on time and he explained his process. He took apart the washer and thoroughly inspected the control panel, hoses and drains. Mark took his time and did not leave until he knew that we were 100% satisfied with his work. Mark provided us with many helpful tips on how to keep our washer running efficiently for many years to come. Mark clearly knows his stuff and it was a pleasure to make his acquaintance.
