I've been trying to get Sears to send my warranty comp Frank's diagnosis since Apr 26th. Still waiting. It's now May 11th. I'm beyond frustrated with Sears company customer service. Frank is great and does as much as possible to help the customers, but its the stupid software and reliance upon AI that has made this whole experience awful, Customer service within the company is non-existent. The phone# given for help is just automated loop and never reach an actual human agent. AI is atrocious to deal with. I received anywhere from 13 to 20 texts and emails each week AI generated. Often the appt times in text were wrong. The "appointment" windows are completely useless. My 8-Noon window false. Frank couldn't get to me until 6:30PM and left after 8PM. And he only came to me because he knew I was originally on list Apr 24th and he couldn't get to me that day. He moved me up on the list Apr 26th in order to honor my appt. I had to pay someone to work for me that day because the AI "eta" estimates kept pushing arrival out. He finally reach me at 6:30pm. I watched Frank upload his diagnosis. I had the confirmation # and still nothing has been sent the to warranty company. He had to come back 10 days later just to reload everything again to reupload. The backend software had the previous #ticket and diagnosis but did nothing with it. Frank had to call 3 separate Sears tech support agents before he found one who actually knew what to do. I'm beyond frustrated with Sears.
