Did a great job repairing our washing machine. On another note, trying to get someone out from Sears to fix our appliances has been a horrible experience, dealing with their AI scheduling is horrible. We've been waiting since August to have our washing machine fixed. I know it's not the service person's fault, it's whoever is in charge of the AI scheduling no management ever calls. They'll just cancel our appointment and won't notify us. It happened over 10 times to get our washing machine fixed.

Tech. Was knowledgeable, courteous and competent! Customer service was lacking and frustrating. Experienced scheduling issues where technician did not show until after three confirmed appointments. Couldn't get a person to discuss concerns with and AI responses continued to repeat same responses without addressing the issue.
