I thought all was good after the springs were installed, but today the machine would not wash on any cycle. water would go in and then after awhile it would drain all the water out. I don't understand why this happened as Pedro checked the mother board when he came the first time and found that the springs had to be changed. I hope he will be able to return and see what is going on.

Patrick is so knowledgeable and so friendly and takes his time to explain what the machine is doing and the repairs that he is making, and how to potentially prevent things from happening in the future. He listens to what you're saying and is very patient. I highly recommend using Sears and asking for him If at all possible because he is the best.

Rob was efficient and right to the point and immediately made his recommendation to the warranty company. Appointment window was from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. which is a large "window". He arrived promptly at 8.am but unfortunately I had already taken the day off from work.
