superior person to help with our washer. could not penetrate the phones who kept canceling our appointments. he took our personal call explaining we had the part he came back out to fix our washer the same day as promised. i would ask for him every time. a privilege to know

He was very kind and professional. He fixed the problem very quickly. A tube was disconnected internally and after he tested it he put it all back together. He was in and out in less than 10 min.
