Second attempt to repair. Parts needed to be ordered. Machine was repaired quickly today. No issues. Pleasant technicians.

The technician was great. The AI answering machine and scheduler was very poor. It would not allow any contact with a human until the technician was at my door. Therefore the technician did not have any of the essential information I tried to provide before the visit…which could have likely obviated the need for his visit.
