Overall the experience with Sears Home was poor and I wouldn't recommend it. Everything is AI so there wasn't a way to contact anyone. The service was scheduled for 11/14 between 1~5. I kept an eye on the tracker and we were next with a estimate time of 5:15. No one showed, plus there wasn't a call or notification. Instead there was an email the next day for me to reschedule as if it were my fault. The follow-up service was scheduled for 1~5 on 11/18 and the exact scenario repeated itself. However, unlike the 1st appointment, David called at 4:15 and then arrived at 5:00. The repair took another hour but the job was finished before he left.
