My Sears tech Bennie should be considered a valuable employee.He was knowlegeable,respectful, friendly,considerate and determined to do the best job possible for the best outcome. Consider him the best of the best.Respresents your company well.Deserves a raise.Appreciated the updates sent by Sears.

The repairs needed were under our Assurant extended warranty. The LG all in one washer/dryer had an issue that happened while it was less than a year old. Problem was it was in a second home and we forgot to call LG to set up service . So we had to use the extended warranty. Took 3 scheduled visits to get it fixed but Mike from Sears appliance service did a great job of getting the part needed and installing the part. We're up and running but I can't recommend this all in one machine.
