This gentleman was one of the best i have seen. He ws so polite and very informative. Went rightvtobwork and fixed the problem and explained everything to me. He is one of those employees that makes company's great. What ever you do don't lose great employees like him they make or break a company and he makes the company look great in my eyes and my family's eyes as well and soon my friends.
