The technician was very polite and took lil over an hour to fix my washing machine. With what was replaced, it was adequate time. Ran the machine before leaving to make sure it was fixed. Time will tell, but very happy with the technician. Good people. Just get rid of AI....its horrible.

Trevor was great. Your system is not. I had so much trouble with the computer saying the part needed was not delivered. The part was delivered over one month ago. It was very frustrating to even find a number with human to talk with, the AI was worthless!
