Washer repair
Shael was on time and extremely polite. Unfortunately after working on my washer he informed us to fix he would need to order a part. It was determined that parts and labor would come to an amount close to what I could purchase a new one.

Our tech came to look at the washer and needed to order a pump and was scheduled to come a week later. I got a message from Sears that our appointment had been moved to another week and a half out. We reached out to our tech and stated that we're couldn't wait that long and he came one day later. He fixed our washer and we couldn't be happier with the service.
