Mark went well above what I expected after we couldn't recreate the issue. He pulled the washer apart to check all possible problems. This was like a maintenance check. He can come back to work on all my appliances as I have 100% confidence in his ability. Thank you!

Nicholas listened to me as I explained the problems I had with my washer. He did an assessment and fixed everything. He answered all my questions about the washers functions and cleaned out the vent. I was very pleased with the service.

Tom was great but the first 2 times he visited our house he couldn't work on my dryer because he had a work order for the washer. This is not my fault. Clearly the dryer and washer had erroneous and backwards serial numbers listed. The third time he came, the timing listed in my text was NOT the time he came and no one was home, so he almost left. I will never buy another lowe's appliance based on the several hours of wasted time dealing with my insurance policy caused.
