Howard was very thorough in diagnosing our washer. We didn't find anything serious, but he was kind enough to offer 30 days for us to keep an eye on it if any other issues arise. Much appreciated!

The technician was great. Diagnosed the problem and reported it to the main office. The office refused to fix the problem. I do not recommend any LG washing machine. This washer has been given us problems for a year and it is only two years old.
