Really got into the "Belly of the Beast! (4 year old front loading washing machine) Ran all diagnostics, removed all panels for intense visual examination, ran machine thru normal wash cycle, offered three alternatives without pushing for any one. Would not hesitate to use Sears Appliance Service based on this experience.

Overall rating

Brian intention to provide the best service, excellent. However, the problem remains. Replacement control boards either defective or not the right one. Summary: Brain great. Repair job failed.
