Very nice, professional, knowledgable, confident, showed me an explanation on his phone of how a certain part functions, so I understood how and when the water drains out of the dispenser., which was the problem.

The technician came out and did what he was supposed to. However, I was double billed and every means possible that I explored to contact Sears about giving me a refund, leads me to a dead end of websites that only accept bill payments, but give no contact information or telephone numbers with a limited option AI assistant that cut you off and hangs up if you don't give a response that it gives us an option. No chance to talk to a human being at all. This is the last time I will do business with Sears. No wonder they're going out of business.
