Ryan arrived on New Year's Eve within the scheduled time frame and kept his updated when he would arrive, too. When he got to our home, he was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and quick to figure out the problem. He was very nice and personable, so we appreciated that he came out on a holiday night. If we ever have any appliance issues moving forward, we will definitely Sears and requesting Ryan specifically!

The repair tech Gary that was sent was extremely responsive and provided excellent service. He had great follow up and was very professional. Anyone that is lucky enought to have him as their technician will be just as impressed as we are. He is a true asset to his employer. Great job!!
