Jimmy was honest and knowledgeable. He almost immediately diagnosed the problem and provided a repair bid. Because of the cost, we choose not to repair. 5-Star. However, we had received a text for a 2:37 service call. He did not arrive until 6:10. A text about the delay would have been appreciated.
