Dryer repair
Technician was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing . Repair was done well and quickly. Technician was very friendly and cleaned up after repairs completed. Overall very satisfied. Would use repair service again.

5 stars for Rubin. Rubin was great, he provided outstanding service. The issue was hard to diagnose (it was a manufacturing defect), but Rubin did not stop until he figured it out, and fixed the problem. It was a pleasure to work with Ruben.

First of all, We were supposed to have a service call on the 31st and they were a no show. It seems that they did not have the proper address and phone number. Totally their fault. I hate that there is not a phone number for the dispatcher!!!!!!!
