Josh was very professional but I which both him & John would have put coverings over their shoes. I had to clean up all of that water from washer off my floor & didn't really want to clean it again.

Reginald was very polite and respectful and efficient with his work. The only issue was uncertainty about the billing but once they contacted American Home Shield everything was taken care of. We are frustrated that the process took over four weeks but are extremely happy to have our washer back in use.
