Kevin was prompt courteous and accurate. He not only fixed the machine. He tested it and found another issue. Then fixed that , he was awesome and deserves a raise thank you Kevin

He did Great! I had another technician come first to assess the problem. All he did was looked at it and he knew exactly what it was. Then the second technician that came in yesterday was amazing. He fixed it really quick. Thank you! Now my dryer is not leaking anymore
