Scott diagnosed the problem with my washer on his first visit and ordered the necessary parts. On his return visit, the parts were waiting for him and the repair was made. It's unfortunate that Sears method of scheduling repair appointments is so utterly horrible. I had several visits set up which were canceled during the time I was at home waiting. No explanation. It's awful that I was unable to speak with a human agent.
