Very nice
Leroy was right on target with no holds barred. Very nice fellow and easy to work with. Unfortunately my washer was not repairable at a cost less than new replacement. Leroy gave me all the options and never pushed a choice. I was comfortable working and talking with him. Definitely would use his service in the future.

He was out Saturday morning and fixed my machine quickly. Had another tech come to my house 3 times and he kept saying no one was home. He came in my house for all 3 appointments. I love this last tech Robert. Very friendly. I now need to re new my warranty, but don't know where to go. AI is 🙁. Wish I could talk to someone alive!!!! Robert is the best tech I have ever had with sears! Does someone have a real number to call for a warranty?

Raymond is a great communicator about diagnosing process and what the codes revealed. He is friendly and patient about any questions I had.
