Philip was on time and very efficient. He explained to me what was wrong and he fixed it so the washing machine can run for for a while. He told me about how old the machine was and he recommended purchasing a new machine because there was something funny about the motor. About turning one way to wash and turning the other way to spin out and it's the spin out part that is weaker although he got it going. So I am very satisfied with his help. He was very knowledgeable and a very pleasant personality

I have been a loyal Sears Customer for decades. This company has gone from excellent to horrible! I couldn't get a real person on the phone. I had a prior appointment, nobody came or called. Today I tried to get information. The process of verifying my ID was awful. As I was punching in the code, I received another code. There should be a phone number for people like me. I hate this AI. Hire some real people!
