Called 20 minutes before he came; was in the time specified; found a quick solution to my washing machine problem. Because of my poor eyesight, he helped me pay the bill via my cell phone - his patience was much appreciated. He was pleasant and courteous. I'd recommend him and Sears again for appliance repairs.

Steven fixed the dryer amazing & fast. The washer had been unhook my hope was that he would hook the washer up so we were ready to go. But no such luck. Dang!

After more than THREE MONTHS without a washing machine, (that a different Sears technician BROKE during a superficial part repair) SEVERAL days confined to my house, many days & dollars at laundromats, lots of run around, cancelations, etc. I am ELATED to report that these two lovely men showed up, spent about 10 minutes fixing it, stayed to MAKE SURE IT WORKED (you'd think that would be a no brainer,) & just left me with a working machine & a LONG AWAITED smile on my face. YOUR COMPANY should be embarrassed by allowing situations like this, but Clay, Rod, Doug & Chris couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable.
