Sears service on the other hand is awful! My washer stopped working after parts were replaced, but because a knob was ordered I could not get someone back out to fix it. I could not reach a person to speak with. I waited 5 weeks before someone could come out because the knob was on back order. My calls were supposedly escalated (the few times I reached someone) but no one ever contacted me. Speaking with AI was no help. Worst customer service ever!!!

Leroy was polite and got the job done. Which is more than I can say for trying to phone the company and talking to AI about not getting a virtual visit when I have no camera or microphone, Hire people instead of AI. AI is stupid and doesn't understand English!
