Laurence D,
Manchester Township, NJExcellent communicator; detail oriented
Frank arrived on time. Very courteous, respectful, pleasant, and aware that he was in someone's house. Details like taking extra time to clean his shoes before entering was appreciated. He's been doing in-home service for Sears for 16 years. Experienced and knowledgable about all aspects of automatic washer repair. Well spoken, he was able to advise us on the huge question of "repair or replace?" and offered helpful tips on brand familiarization (capabilities, warrantys, longevity, maintenance costs, etc. from a repair tech's perspective) to how-to-proceed effectively. Ultimately, the service call was terminated as we decided the better alternative was replacement, so I'm unable to address issues such as an actual repair; whether or not necessary parts were on the truck or would need to be ordered/backorder/followup calls/etc. Frank left behind no mess – no greasy handprints, no muddy footprints, etc. for the customer to pick up.
