Our washer is finally fixed after 4 long months of back and forth with the AI appointments, cancelations, 2 other service technicians before today. The service technician, Isidro P., that was scheduled for us was AMAZING!!! He took his time and got the problem fixed and made sure it worked before left. Greg was a very friendly man as he entered the house he wiped his feet on the rug and proceeded to the washing machine. He put the parts in that were needed and got it running. He was very efficient and very business like five stars for this man.
