Domingo did a wonderful job. He cleaned out the water pump of this washer. He was efficient and neat. This Electrolux front load, has no clean out and physically has to be taken apart to clean the debris ( hair) from the pump. Don't buy one ! Headaches! Domingo cleaned it out quickly, unlike the issues to get someone here for the "service contract" I purchased. Sears NEEDS to do better on Contract service.

(I thought the technician's name was Jim?) diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the needed fix clearly. He scheduled us for the repair appointment when he ordered the parts so we didn't have any gap between diagnosis, part arrival and repair. He was very personable. We enjoyed working with him.

Despite some scheduling issues which were not his fault (a 26 minute service window to fully service a combination washer/heat pump dryer unit… really Sears?) he arrived early, got to work quickly and had the unit cleaned out and serviced in no time at all.
