Technician was professional and did excellent job. The service center arranged to fix my washer in 2 weeks, but after first visit, part ordered and then took another 2 weeks to get my washer fixed. Was an easy fix and I started to let husband do it. Had warranty so kept waiting. Thanks for sending a good guy out to fix it.

Second visit he replaced the part provided. No difference, machine does not work. He ordered additional parts. 3rd visit more of the same. New parts installed. No resolution, machine still fails to operate? I want a new machine.
